Name: Tempest's Fist
Element: Cloud / Lightning
Description: Victor Fires a fierce burst of a Cold & warm cloud mixture from his hand which collides and rotates at high velocity creating both a high impact wave of air and electricity blowing back and electrifying his opponent. The force of this attack alone is capable of knocking down a tree with a four foot trunk diameter. This is Victor's most basic offensive ability. If stricken directly, his opponent will suffer broken bones & slight paralysis from the lightning in the region of the body that he/she was struck.
Range: 15 meters
Post Duration: Instant, Clouds remain for ten posts.
Cooldown: 1 post

Name: Nimbus Cloud
Element: Cloud
Description: Victor manipulates the extremely dense cold clouds emitted from his feet and circulates them at a very high velocity which allows him to actually stand on the cloud and fly. He is capable of reaching speeds of up to 140 MPH on the cloud which allows him to move about the battlefield freely, however the Nimbus cloud is easily dispersed by a direct attack.
Range: self
Post Duration: 12 posts
Cooldown: 3 posts

Name: Cumulonimbus bomb
Element: Cloud / lightning
Description: With both hands Victor creates a small dense cloud and tosses it in to the air. Over three posts (Including the post used to begin the spell) the cloud expands & finally drops down to the earth exploding with a flurry of lightning bolts & creates a shock wave of air that pushes back his enemies. This ability will clear the battlefield of any high standing objects such as trees, buildings & free standing objects that may have been set up by an opponent.
Range: 15 meters
Post Duration: Charges for two posts after its initial creation & explodes on the third
Cooldown: 10 posts

Since the first one is one of victors only offensive spell for now it might be a little strong for some opponents so remember not to over-do it and try to make it weaker if possible for certain opponents. Try using it at max power only when needed and it's good. Second and third spell are good since they're not even combat spells.

So overall this is approved. <---not bothered finding the link for the approval stamp you gave XD
