type of building: It is a little guild that is set inside the magic council but only surrounded by water. Only people associated with the guild will know how to get here. Its very spacious from the inside but doesn't look as huge from the outside. On the inside there are two separate area's, One area where everything work work work. Another is exactly like a pub for all those times when people get too stressed. You would usually find the more lazier mages inside the pub while the ones who dedicate themselves to work inside the office-like room. There are also different parts to the building, you can find nearly anything necessary here. There are Mini yet large libraries, shower room, information desk, kitchen, data storage room, nearly anything you can think of for it is quite the fancy guild. There are even resting rooms for when work just keps you over night.

Affiliation: Legal Guild (Part of the Magic council)
Description/History: Vocaguild. A guild that goes by the rules of the magic council. They work for the mage council and run errands for them. This guild is now what protects Fairy Tail from the magic council. Vocaguild are good allies with Fairy tail and defend for them every time the magic council wants them banned or anything similar regarding Fairy Tail. Every new member that comes into this guild first starts off as a rune Knight/Mage and then work their way up for a better position.
Guilds Specialty: Every Member that joins this guild MUST have a face claim of a person from Vocaliod. If the person does not have a face claim of someone from Vocaliod then they ARE NOT allowed in this guild. This is where the "Voca" part from "Vocaguild" comes in, if someone where to not have a face from someone in Vocaliod then the whole meaning of the guild name ceases to exist.
