Personality: Dion is a liar and you wouldn't see him around the streets often. He is often at a nearby bar chilling and partying or at his house listening to some music. He hates interacting with annoying people and loves going to the bar and rocking out. He has this fake I.D that says that he's 21 and fortunately, they believe it. He sometimes drinks beer when forced in the bar but not that often because he think that beer tastes bad. You can say that he loves music and rockin out at the bar but you wouldn't see him fighting. He is always calm and funny and fun to be around. He is always... alive or active. He acts good to his friends but lies to strangers. He is sometimes clumsy and acts childish. He really really REALLY! loves listening to music and dancing to its beat.

Name Magic: Ice Dragon Slayer

Magic: A Dragon Slayer ability which incorporates the element of ice into the user's body. This allows the user to produce ice from any part of their body, including their lungs, giving them the ability to, in essence, breathe ice. This also allows the user to consume external sources of ice to restore their body to a healthy state, meaning that they cannot use their own ice to renew themselves.

Element: Ice

Strength: Whenever he eats ice, he will look like he didn't start the battle yet. He will get refreshed thus his magic power getting replenished and all of his magic power will restore.

Weaknesses: He cannot eat his own Ice. His ice is a different type so therefore, when he eats it, he might get a stomach ache or die. When he is in a hot area, His magic sometimes gets weak.

BACKGROUND

History: Dion was born in Japan and was raised by a dragon named Abraxas. Abraxas was an Ice Dragon which has blue scales and large wings and can breathe ice. Dion treated Abraxas like a father and everyday they always trained on how to slay dragons. He didn't understand on why would Abraxas teach him how to slay dragons when he is a dragon but he just kept the question to himself and continued training and few years had passed and he became an Ice Dragon Slayer. One day, Abraxas has gone and Dion didn't know where he went. He just waited for him patiently. Days had past and Abraxas still didn't return. He felt that he was abandoned by Abraxas and he cried because he was still a kid back then. Years had passed and he traveled around the world trying to search for his father, Abraxas. He was walking to this unknown street which is dark and hot which he hates. He was surrounded by this men which he assumed are mages and he was almost gonna get assaulted but then this group of mages came. It was 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids had blue hair which he think was cool. They attacked the gang of mages and took Dion away. While Dion was walking with the 4, he talked to the 2 kids and the kids name was Jiro Oona and Akira Ronin. They were really so so cool and he admired them. They took Dion to Lamia Scale and he grew up there with them and was happy. Years had passed and he forgot about his goal, Searching for his father, Abraxas. Jiro, Akira, and Dion always went to missions together until they walked their own paths. Jiro, was listed as a traitor as Akira left. He grew and grew at Lamia Scale and never revealed his power to anyone. He felt a little hate towards Jiro but he and Akira are still friends. He was walking in the Lamia Scale and he saw this small thing which is connected with some earpiece. He guessed that the earpiece was suppose to go to his ears so he placed it in his ears and pressed a button on the thing. He was surprised that it started to sound like someone is singing and he got fond of it and wherever he goes, he has the earpiece and listens to music. He also heard the men in there that there is a new opened bar and he decided to check it out since he hadn't been into one before. At first, he was pretty shy but then, he started rocking out. After that, he liked music, going to the bar, and dancing. He always dance to the beat of the music and gains momentum and moves to the rhythm which sometimes helps him in battle. He would always go to the bar with his friends at Lamia Scale and he would dance but not drink beer. He was nicknamed the "party animal" by his friends because he always go to the bar.

This isn't a bad app. It has little bit of a short history, but thats alright for now. The only problems I'm having trouble with is the magic, your going to be one of the only 5 true dragon slayers on this forum so i would like a better description of the weakness and strength. For now i can approve this app and we can deal with the magic when you create your spells. As for now....
