Personality: Victor, though he may be harsh and cruel at times is a very kind hearted and just person. He is a strong believer in poetic justice, often bringing on to people what they've brought on to others. Despite this, Victor has a great disregard for the actual laws set down by the governments of Fiore and is often viewed as a delinquent. He regards himself as a free man that cannot be controlled or limited by law. He bases his actions upon his own moral beliefs and will not allow anyone to tell him that he is not allowed to do something that he doesn't think is wrong. He would happily take a loaf of bread from a rich fat man and give it to a starving child.

Victor's only flaw is that he is easily worked up and stressed, which led him to become a chain smoker. Without his cigars he becomes a nervous wreck, overreacting to the smallest of irritations. This has gotten him in to a lot of trouble in the past, While he is smoking he is calmer, and therefore a better thinker. Without his precious cigars, Victor becomes nothing more than a tank that needs to be driven.

Strength: Victor's primary strength is the fact that he is in fact strong... His physical strength and stamina outmatches his opponents nine times out of ten giving him a huge advantage over others on the battlefield. His will to overcome also strengthens him even further. Whenever he becomes enraged or vengeful, his magic, adrenaline and testosterone levels rise dramatically allowing him to perform feats he would normally be unable to perform.

Weaknesses: Although Victor is capable of maintaining his composure during combat, he is very easily stressed out, which is why he is a chain smoker. Should he loose face due to a traumatic event or even running out of cigars to calm him, he will be unable to think very clearly and slowly loose his composure ultimately leading up to a point where he would be unable to continue fighting.

Appearance

Appereance: Victor is a very large man, possessing a very wide muscular build and is quite tall, standing over six feet tall. His Guild Tattoo is located on the left side of his chest, and is surrounded by an additional design. Being an artificially created Dragon Slayer, he enters Dragon Force mode when accessing his powers and in this state, his upper body bulks up, and his forearms get covered in flesh-colored scales. He wears a large and thick white and blue jacket with greenish fur lining the neck wrists and hem. Many cigars are strapped to the jacket along with his trusty jutte and it has the Kanji for "Justice" written on the back of it. He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt and large military issue brown leather boots

Magic

Name Magic: [Fake] Storm Dragon Slayer

Magic: Victor is a Fake Storm Dragon Slayer. What this means is that a Dragon Lacryma has been implanted in to his body granting him a massive and seemingly unlimited amount of magical power as well as all of the abilities a Dragon Slayer possesses. Victors element is however odd one. He manipulates and produces Clouds of all sorts. Through his control over Clouds, Victor is capable of producing vast quantities of lightning by producing both warm and cold air via cloud making, offering his cloud manipulation a much greater impact than what it usually would have, as well as retaining the minor yet natural defensive power Clouds possess.

As a Dragon Slayer, Victor is capable of devouring external sources of his element. However, as a Fake Dragon Slayer, Victor is incapable of acquiring the full power of Dragon Force which is the only known weakness Fakes possess. Instead of activating Dragon Force in a fit of rage or emotional stress, Fake Dragon Slayers are required to activate a minor version of D-Force in order to tap in to their full power. Minor abilities are capable of being used, however they must activate Dragon Force in order to use their full potential. In Dragon Force, Victors muscles expand greatly and his arms become covered in flesh colored scales, similar to a Dragons. His lungs also expand requiring him to smoke several of his Cigars at once in order to maintain his composure.

Element: Cloud / Lightning

Strength: Clouds provide cover as well as allows Victor to control the battlefield to a certain degree. Lightning is also considered one of the greatest offensive elements. There are also very many clouds handy to devour in the sky.

Weaknesses: Cloud in itself is a very weak element which can easily be avoided via wind manipulation. As a Fake Dragon Slayer, Victor is incapable of further increasing his power and will forever remain the same, unable to progress.

History

Victor began his life as the youngest child in a very poor family in a very poor town. His body was weak but his mind was strong. He aided his two older brothers who were much stronger than himself in their endeavors by being the "brains" of their operation. They'd often steal food for the rest of their family or just play nasty tricks on the merchants they didn't like. Victor's father was a carpenter working for a company that was going under and his mother was a simple housewife who couldn't work. However despite their many difficulties Victor's family managed to get by and lived happily for a time.

As Victor grew older, his body seemed to become weaker and weaker, as if he were deteriorating. Doctors were baffled by his mysterious condition. Any operation they offered to perform of course were far too expensive for his poor family to afford. However, one of the many Doctors they visited told them of a "special" Doctor who might consider helping Victor free of charge. Willing to accept any offer they could, they brought Victor to the "Special" doctor whom most referred to as an Alchemist... Of course they were too uneducated to know what an Alchemist was at the time, they soon discovered what it meant. The Alchemist possessed various colored stones, all possessing an ominous aura. The Alchemist forced the family to leave his home as he operated upon Victor, who's screams could be heard for miles.

Upon the operations completion, Victor emerged strong and energetic, even capable of lifting his father over his head! The miracle that saved Victor was in fact a Dragon Lacryma. A special crystal which granted a human the power of a Dragon. However, Dragon Lacryma were difficult to come by and the one the Alchemist granted Victor was regarded as the weakest of Dragon Lacryma. Victor was only capable of creating puffs of cloud... However he didn't care for being a mage at all, he was simply happy to be alive.

After several years of living his new life, terror befell his village... A rogue Dragon by the name of Sapharaj laid waste to Victors home. The Dragon was lacking in intelligence and because of Victors Dragon powers, it could not differentiate between him and his own kin and so he spared Victor... Of course Victor grew to hate the beast that devoured his family, he returned to the Alchemist, demanding that he grant him the power to destroy the Dragon. Unfortunately he could not do such a thing. Adding to the power he gave Victor already would kill him and replacing the stone inside of him would result in Victors immediate death. The only option the Alchemist gave Victor was to remain with him and learn to use the power he had. Of course he was reluctant to accept, however he knew he had no other option if he wanted revenge....

Three years passed by and the Dragon which destroyed his home nested on a nearby mountain. Victor took up smoking in order to deal with the pain his families death caused him. After training for so long, he believed that he was ready to face the beast and so against the Alchemists wishes, He believed that Victor had not yet found his elements full potential, however Victor was far too impatient to complete his training... he journeyed to the Mountain and climbed up to the beasts nest and there it waited. Victor launched the first attack and launched a massive burst of cloud which sparked lightning, a Technique the Alchemist taught Victor. The Dragon retaliated with its powerful Dragons Roar, which overpowered Victors initial attack. Its roar was pure lightning so of course Victors imitation was ineffective.

After hours of combat with the Dragon, Victor finally managed to get close enough to lunge his fist in to its underbelly, unleashing all of the power he could muster blowing a hole through the beasts gut, ultimately killing it and finally gaining his revenge... Victor never saw the Alchemist whom he owed his life ever again after that. Though his training was incomplete, Victor believed he was powerful enough to live a long life. However the pain of his families demise would forever remain with him...

This is all seems to be good and I do approve of the magic, but our only problem is your guild. Can't give you a color without one. For me I personally suggest phantom lord for this character, although there might be some discussion soon about getting rid of that guild or not, you're free to go with guildless as well. But if we do disban PL and your in it, your free to change guilds whenever you want.

Well I'll go with Phantom Lord then. I'd like to be a reform bad guy, maybe FT could go on a mission to wipe out PL because of some devious actions they've committed and Victor decides to switch sides because he likes their spunk... Lots of possibilities!

Ok everything is fine here as usual and there's no real need to even comment. You can obviously keep your S rank and your fake DS but I'm still going to give you the chance of editing a few things if needed. If not than just say so and back into the approval box this goes.
